Just something simple. Well. Simple to the eye You wouldn't believe how much I've pained over this LOL!
I chose one of my favourite flowers. I wanted to do something that I would actually hang on my own wall. Who knows. One day I may actually be able to afford to get this on a canvas or something
Textures again. I really want to get the hang of it but for some reason I just couldn't allow the flower to be covered up by textures. I don't know if I've done myself an injustice doing it this way or if it could have looked better with the textures. I just didn't like anything that I did. I can't seem to pull together textures like others *sigh*.
Also, I'm not quite sure about the border yet. I'm wondering if I should leave it plain - without a border. Or if maybe the white border is to stark
Ooh .. that was quick Thanks for that hon I quite enjoyed looking at this while I was doing it. Even if it did take quite a bit of mucking around to get what I was after
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
The Cutting Edge is a weekly article that features brand new selected high quality art products that caught our eyes. Check out the cutting edge prints some of your fellow artists have submitted in the past week!
