Commentsfantastic job.
great work on the conceptual feel of the piece. ::is seriously impressed:: -- 3...2...1 [applause] Wow... it's looking fab, Lyn! Can't wait to see how it looks when it's complete!
*L* Well..... I would burn in some more shadows on his lower arm... maybe bump up some of the highlighting around his frame and hair (maybe add a few lighter strands to make it look a little less "cut out"). You're at the point now that I reach where I just start fiddling with textures and overlays until I get something I like.
Hi hun...this is very gorgeous as it is. You did a great great job with the lighting and it conveys alot of emotion.
There are a couple things I would suggest although I'm VERY new at this myself...I've only been maniping for about a week. Theres alot of 'empty' area at the top of the image. I'd crop it down to just above the window. Theres a little area on his abdomen near the window where there is a very visible line where things go from bright to dark. I'd smudge that out. And unless it's something you want to keep for a reason (we all have our tastes) I'd smudge out the little line of hair running down from his belly button. The rest of him is just so smooth. I agree with the comment above that he could use some more texture to his hair. I found this tutorial which made a HUGE difference to me, and not only with hair. Check it out!
